A. H2 Colour comes in two halves, one half for roots only or short hair, use both halves for very thick or long hair. (Extra long hair may require two packs).

Q. What is the price of shipping?

Shipping is only $6.60 for the first 2 boxes (for both) and $10 for 3 or more boxes. If you are shipping outside of Australia, the shipping price will be displayed and calculated for your individual country upon checkout.

Q. Will H2 Colour cover grey hair?

A. H2 Colour is designed to blend as well as cover grey hair, it does not work like a “coat of paint” but leaves a more “natural blend of colour” on the hair so that grey hairs disappear more gently.

Q. How long does H2 Colour last?

A. H2 Colour is a permanent colour that needs to be re-applied at approximately 4 to 6 weekly intervals.

Q. Will H2 Colour dry my hair?

A. We have NEVER used a more gentle colour in our salon. The condition and shine are exceptional!

Q. Can I use H2 Colour over my existing colour?

A. H2 Colour can be applied over any other colour successfully.

Q. Does H2 Colour have a shelf life?

A. H2 Colour will last for 6 months if kept free of moisture. Activation starts when water is added and must be used immediately.

Q. Can I keep colour that has been mixed with water?

A. No.

Q. Why should I change from the colour I am happy with?

A. H2 Colour has NO DAMAGING PEROXIDE OR AMMONIA therefore why not use a less damaging product for a newer result!

Q. Can I lighten my hair with H2 Colour?

A. H2 Colour can only add, enrich or enliven your hair colour. It has no damaging chemicals therefore CANNOT lighten.

Q. Can I mix H2 Colours together?

A. Go for it! Have fun! You will not damage your hair! Here are some example mixes.

If your hair is dark brown try: Deepest/Medium Brown + Mahogany mix.
If your hair is light brown try: Light Brown + Auburn mix.
If your hair is dark blonde (Mousy) try: Dark Blonde + Auburn mix.
If your hair is black try: Brown Black + Plum mix.

Q. Will H2 Colour work over bleached hair?

A. H2 Colour WILL work over bleached hair, the colour will be more vibrant and condition will improve immediately!

Q. Is H2 Colour completely chemical free?

A. No.. H2 Colour contains NO ammonia or peroxide. It has NO odour and is the most conditioning colour available. The ingredients are as follows.

My hair is too dark!

A few highlights will remedy this. If you enjoyed the experience of H2 Colour please select a lighter colour on the chart next time.

My grey hair is too vibrant!

With some colours abundant grey hair grabs the colour more intensely. This can be avoided by using a mixture of half your selected colour and half a base colour. For example if you want auburn results or any of the brighter colours you should mix :

Half auburn with half dark blonde or half auburn with half light brown.

This will prevent over brightness on the grey hair.

My colour hasn’t taken sufficiently on the grey hair

H2 Colour must be used generously as there is no peroxide or ammonia to chemically force colour into the hair. Please use H2 colour abundantly where grey hair is a problem. Leave to process for the FULL FORTY MINUTES.

Do I need to refresh my ends every application

If you are happy with the colour of your ends only use one half of H2 Colour pack and save the other half for next time!

I have a perm/straightener

Apply H2 Colour to roots first for thirty minutes and then apply to porous ends for last ten minutes of processing.

I have used H2 Colour on my hair, can I have a perm/straightener

In salon tests we have found no problems perming or straightening over H2 Colour. The condition of the hair has never been better!
